Chen Embedded Software LLC ("we") keeps data collection to a minimum.
This site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and has no forms. It is hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub may log technical data such as IP addresses under its own privacy policy.
If you email us, we use your name, email address and message only to reply and to provide what you asked for. We don't sell or share it, and we delete it on request.
Orders are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which collects the billing and payment details needed for the transaction under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, the product purchased and the country for tax purposes. We never see your full card details.
For subscribers we process the SBOMs and contact details you provide, only to run the service, as described in the SBOM Watch Terms. Processing uses GitHub (USA) and Google email services. On cancellation and request, data is removed from active systems within 30 days.
To access, correct or delete your data, email chenembeddedsoftware@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
